Berkley International upholds full compliance with the latest Part 145 Federal Aviation Regulations, including FAR § 145.205 regulations supporting maintenance for Part 121 commercial operators. Whether performing fault diagnostics or preventative maintenance, FAA-approved procedures and documentation are used throughout. All replacement components conform to MIL standard specifications or exceed manufacturers’ requirements.

Turn Around Times (TAT)

Two-day Bench Tests
Berkley International will make every attempt to perform a comprehensive evaluation of all mechanical and electrical test parameters and provide a specific quotation within two days.

Ten-day Repairs
Most capability list items not requiring major teardown can be repaired within ten calendar days following customer authorization.

Two-week Overhauls
Most single module components (excluding Next Higher Assemblies) can be overhauled within a two-week period following customer authorization.

Express TAT Program
Expedited repair services are offered as available through Berkley’s Express Overhauls, Express Repairs and Express Exchanges as quoted, subject to workload limitations. Express TAT programs are designed to reduce turn-around-times by 20%-50%. Express Exchanges typically offer rotable exchange units to ship within 24 hours.

Warranty Policy

Berkley International warrants that all accessories and components repaired, overhauled or sold by Berkley International shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service in accordance to the following:

Overhauled Accessories and Components — Twenty-four (24) months from the date of installation, no more than thirty (30) months from the date of sale, whichever comes first.

Repaired Accessories and Components — Twelve (12) months from the date of installation, no more than eighteen (18) months from the date of sale, whichever comes first, limited to repair tasks performed.

Components must be returned within 30 days of product failure date and must be in their “as-removed” state. Components shall not have been disassembled, repaired, or altered in any way without prior authorization and shall not have been subjected to misuse, accident, alteration or improper installation. Normal wear of service items shall not be considered defects under this warranty. Open windings are not covered under warranty. The duration of this warranty shall be for the unused portion of the original warranty period.
Any replacement unit or repair of the original unit, shall not establish a new warranty period. Components must be installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommended procedures and in conformity with applicable FAA/EASA regulations and procedures.
The sole responsibility and liability of Berkley International and your exclusive remedy under this claim arising out of the delivery, or use of the product shall be the repair, replacement or credit for the defective component at Berkley International’s option. In no event shall Berkley International be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, or penal damages or expenses, including, but not limited to, the cost of removal and replacement of the component, loss of or damage to associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, cost of troubleshooting, facilities, or services, down time, or cost of claims of third parties for such damages or expenses.
